About Me
The Man Behind The Method
Xavier Sanchez doesn’t teach from a textbook; he speaks from the "reps". Born with a rare physical disability into a world that wasn't built for him, Xavier learned early on that when there isn't a map, you have to draw your own. This mindset of applied resilience took him from working out in whatever space he could find to earning a BBA in Cyber Security degree from UTSA and managing multi-million dollar portfolios in the high-stakes world of global Fintech. Xavier isn't a "business guru", he’s a builder who has sat in the same seats as your team. Whether he was directing fabrication crews for Fortune 500 brands or architecting operations that drove growth volume at Revolut, his success came from a repeatable process: "Bend the rules, figure it out, and solve for x". Today, as a Telly Award-winning media talent and Board Member for the Believe It Foundation, Xavier bridges the gap between high-level leadership and the raw grit required to show up when conditions aren’t perfect. He speaks to the builders, the grinders, and the leaders who are tired of theory and ready to solve for their own variables.

“Show Up Anyway”: A Keynote on Overcoming, Belonging, and Inclusion
Xavier Sanchez was born without arms and with partial legs into a world that was not designed
for him. What followed was not a story of limitation. It was a lesson in what becomes possible
when communities choose to make room.
Drawing from his personal journey through mainstream classrooms, inclusive community programs,
and years of competitive bodybuilding, Xavier speaks with honesty about what it means to be
excluded and what it means to finally belong. He challenges audiences to move past sympathy
and toward genuine action, whether that looks like building an inclusive playground on San
Antonio’s Southside or simply deciding that someone else’s obstacle is worth
solving together.
This keynote is for the person who has ever felt like they do not fit, and for every person
in the room who has the ability to change that for someone else.
Best for: youth programs, faith communities, nonprofits, correctional facilities, recovery
programs, and schools.
Corporate & Leadership Events
“Bend the Rules, Figure It Out, and Solve for X”
Xavier Sanchez has spent his entire life navigating systems that were not built for him.
Every piece of equipment, every process, every professional environment required the same
response: assess what is in front of you, set aside what does not work, and find another
way forward. That discipline did not start in a boardroom. It started at age two.
Through his experience in sales and client operations, Xavier has applied that same
resourcefulness in professional settings, building relationships and delivering results
in roles where the standard approach simply was not an option. In this keynote, he
translates those lessons into a practical framework for teams: how to lead without a
perfect plan, how to stay adaptive under pressure, and how to treat every constraint
as a starting point rather than a stopping point.
The message is direct. The people who move organizations forward are rarely the ones
with the best resources. They are the ones who refuse to wait for them.
Best for: corporate off-sites, leadership summits, sales teams, and organizations
navigating change.
